We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Support individual to join our team on a casual basis. This is a casual opportunity to provide quality administrative support to cover for planned and emergency leave.
Our client is located in Virginia (Brisbane)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and ensure they have a current site induction
- Answer telephone calls, manage vehicle and pedestrian gates
- Manage and issue security access passes
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Provide Facilities Manager with administration support
- General administration tasks
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in receptionist tasks and interpersonal abilities
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism
