As part of a team that influences a high quality end to end participant experience through the delivery of Continuous Improvement, a Quality Management Framework and Performance Management activities, you will be responsible for reviewing the consistency and quality of operational activities against standards, procedures and practices. Responsible for identifying key trends and insights and utilising the data to drive improvements in performance and quality, you will also undertake quantitative and qualitative reviews of activities and deliver findings.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing a range of complex quality assurance activities based on guidance and legislative requirements
• Ability to interpret and exercise judgement to make decisions that apply relevant statutory, regulatory and policy frameworks
• Assisting to develop and implement improvement strategies to deliver branch goals and strategic objectives.

Ideally you will possess:

• Proven experience with data collection, analysis and review
• Sound MS Office skills, particularly experience using Excel
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills and an ability to multitask
