You don’t require formal education to work as a talent acquisition specialist. However, vocational qualifications improve your job prospects. Pursue a Certificate IV in human resources management (HRM), which takes over one year. Alternatively, complete a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business. Aside from educational qualifications, you require work experience in human resources or relevant fields.
