Our clients are a well-known NSW State government agency committed to developing, empowering and strengthening arts, screen, music, and the creative industries in our state. Under the NSW Government's cultural infrastructure program, they provide places for the arts to flourish in NSW. They are currently seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to come in and work with their team in The Rocks, Sydney on a contract opportunity until 30/06/25.
Candidates for this position must have proven experience in civic or cultural infrastructure project management, property management, precinct planning and/or placemaking or project delivery of complex built form projects, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, equivalent professional experience.
As a Property/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for performing project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of designated cultural infrastructure projects.
