Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Portfolio Management: Take full ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standard of care and compliance.
- Landlord Relationships: Build and nurture strong, trusted partnerships with landlords by providing timely updates, professional advice, and ensuring their investment is in safe hands.
- Tenant Support: Deliver an exceptional experience to tenants, addressing their concerns efficiently and maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintenance Coordination: Proactively manage property maintenance and repairs, liaising with tradespeople and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing comprehensive reports to landlords.
- Lease Management: Prepare and oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Arrears and Tribunal Management: Handle arrears management professionally and represent the agency in tribunal proceedings if necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team, including Leasing Agents and Administrative staff, to provide seamless service to both landlords and tenants.
What You’ll Bring:
- A current QLD Real Estate Licence.
- Proven experience in residential property management.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence.
