Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 140 residential properties with end-to-end oversight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs efficiently.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewals.
- Handle arrears management and tribunal proceedings if required.
- Collaborate with your team, including an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, and Receptionist, to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Bring:
- A current QLD Real Estate Licence.
- Previous experience in residential property management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
