This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties. Responsibilities include liaising with owners and tenants, overseeing maintenance and repairs, conducting regular inspections, managing rental payments, and ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and possess exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including tenant and owner communication.
- Efficiently process rental payments and manage arrears.
- Coordinate and oversee all property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct thorough property inspections and prepare comprehensive reports for owners.
- Market vacant properties, conduct viewings, and manage tenant applications.
- Proactively resolve tenancy disputes and issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to all relevant legislation and industry regulations.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the property management team.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 1 year experience in residential property management.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties effectively.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
