Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and analyse data related to property management activities.
- Assist with lease administration, including tracking renewals and expiration's.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
- Support the property management team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Australian citizenship required.
