Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse project data, providing detailed reports on project outcomes.
• Support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of infrastructure projects within the program.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records, supporting the reporting and planning processes.
• Analyze complex datasets and conduct quantitative calculations to identify potential issues or risks.
• Contribute to risk management processes by assessing data from various sites and providing valuable insights to ensure project success.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals and compliance with internal processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in data management, administrative practices, and overall project delivery.

About You:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of analytical and project management skills, with a particular focus on data analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.

• Proven experience in project support, planning, and reporting within a similar program or project delivery environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify key insights and risks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with other similar software is a plus.
• Excellent administrative skills, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with internal processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
