Randstad has exclusively partnered with a Commercial Builder for the recruitment of a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be tasked with managing a diverse range of projects, stemming from commercial, education, hospitality & medical.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards (ISO’s).
• High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills.
• Ensure strong communication, and working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders.

Core Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager working for a Commercial Builder delivering projects in the range of $1M - $15M
• Our client is happy to consider a CA with 5+ years experience working for a commercial builder.
