Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Site and Infrastructure)
Initial 6-Month Assignment
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Site and Infrastructure team, supporting a key project for a Victorian Government Department. This position will focus on reviewing a large volume of site investigation reports as part of the due diligence process. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and be able to provide technical expertise to ensure the reports meet the required scope and risks are properly identified and mitigated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review of site investigation reports, ensuring all scope requirements are met and risks are fully understood and documented.
- Provide immediate technical support across various disciplines, including ecology, environmental/contamination, civil engineering, planning, and cultural heritage.
- Oversee contract management and procurement processes.
- Manage relationships with consultants, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Preferred Expertise:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: ecology, environmental/contamination management, civil engineering, planning, or cultural heritage.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement.
