We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience delivering major civil projects, including roads, stormwater, highways, and other large-scale infrastructure works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction and maintenance of key infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

General Duties:
- Develop project plans in alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement, negotiations, and contract compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Implement stringent quality control and assurance processes.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
- Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation.
- Address community concerns and maximise project benefits.
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in project management within major civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience with roads, stormwater, highways, or similar large-scale civil works.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and managing project timelines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Occasional night shifts may be required.
