Project Manager - Federal Agency - 12 Month Contract

Are you a driven and experienced Project Manager with a passion for technology? We are currently working with a Federal Government Agency, looking for a proactive leader to manage the end-to-end delivery and embedment of a new Systems Integration function within their Technology, Planning and Delivery division. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects, work with diverse stakeholders, and make a significant impact on their technology landscape.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery and embedment of a new Systems Integration function, including developing frameworks and processes.
• Manage technology projects in a multi-vendor environment, creating and managing integrated project schedules and minimising project risk.
• Lead stakeholder consultations, implement new processes, and develop training materials to ensure successful project embedment.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience managing and driving technology projects in a multi-vendor environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, define requirements, manage scope, and ensure compliance with project management frameworks.
• High-level stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in project management within a technology services environment.
