The ISB Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Information Services projects that support the delivery of the program of work. This will be done by ensuring they are delivered using and adhering to the identified and adopted delivery framework. The project manager will lead a variety of small, medium, and large technology projects as directed by the Portfolio Delivery Manager. The project manager will work closely with delivery teams and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget, schedule and to expected scope.

Initiative: Responsibility for Project Delivery for Booking and Ticketing

The objective of this initiative is to deliver a solution into Council for Booking and Ticketing, replacing existing booking and ticketing solutions and ensuring the adoption and centralised support of a new application. The solution will deliver into Application Services and the broader business.

Key Deliverables for Initiative 2:

• Overall project management and delivery of the Booking and Ticketing solution within the approved budget.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of the solution.
• Ensuring the solution aligns with Application Services and provides value to the business.
• Managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Skills and Experience Required for Initiative 2:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in delivering non-platform-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of Booking and Ticketing systems and processes.
• Experience in local Government preferable.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a complex organization.
• Highly proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
