Our client has an immediate need for Project Manager to lead a Windows 11 Upgrade Project, starting ASAP, for a period of 6 months with likelihood of extension.
We are looking for candidates who have successfully led multiple Windows upgrade projects.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining the project plan, budget, schedule, scope, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.
- Managing the project team, including internal and external resources, vendors and contractors.
- Ensuring the project meets the quality, security, governance and compliance requirements of our client and the SaaS provider.
- Communicating and reporting the project status, progress, risks and issues to the project sponsor, steering committee and other stakeholders.
- Facilitating the change management and training activities to ensure the smooth transition and adoption of the new system by the end users.
- Evaluating and closing the project, capturing the lessons learned and benefits realised.
About you:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably involving windows upgrades or implementations.
- A relevant qualification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of document management system concepts, features, functions and best practices.
- Experience in managing projects in a cloud-based SaaS environment, including security, governance and compliance aspects.
- Experience in managing change management and training activities to support the adoption of new systems and processes.
- A high level of initiative, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
