Seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee two critical initiatives. This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start.
Key Projects:
1. New Business Acquisition – Microsoft Tenancy Migration:
Our client has recently acquired a similar business and as part of the integration we need to migrate the newly acquired Microsoft Tenancy to the main business Tenancy
2. New Retail Offering:
They are launching a new consumer offering with plans to open a physical store in the coming months. This project involves establishing the technology requirements for the new offering, with an initial focus on in-store elements like POS and network, as well as accounting requirements. The project will also build a roadmap for more advanced elements like loyalty programs and a website.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage both projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- Oversee the Microsoft Tenancy Migration
- Develop and implement technology requirements for the new retail offering, focusing on in-store and advanced elements.
- Set expectations around limitations and constraints given the timeframe.
- Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to work with both technical and business teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
- Retail Technology Experience: Deep understanding of retail systems, particularly those related to POS, network, and accounting requirements.
- Project Management: Proven track record in leading and managing complex projects, preferably in a retail or health and wellbeing context.
- Microsoft Tenancy (O365): Knowledge of Microsoft Tenancy migration is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
