... About the Role:
As a Project Manager you will take the lead on delivering a range of projects across NSW. In this role, you'll champion safety, quality, operations, finance, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Upholding our Zero Harm Values and fostering a safety-first culture.
- Managing multiple multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion.
- Monitoring project execution, timelines, and client relationships.
- Controlling costs and budgets while liaising with internal departments and suppliers.
- Problem-solving to ensure project success and exceed client expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years' project management experience in Asset Remediation, Infrastructure, or Defence.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- NACE certification (highly desirable).
- Technical knowledge in coatings, surface preparation, and hazardous substance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Commitment to integrity and relationship-building.
