We're looking for an ambitious Project Manager to deliver commercial new builds up to $10 million, with your first D&C project which is a kicking off in the Sutherland Shire in the coming weeks - it's a brand new project so you'll get to take it from the very early stages right through to completion.

- Project values up to $15 million
- No weekend work – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8 AM – 5 PM (unless urgent)

The Role:
We’re seeking a Project Manager experienced in delivering new build projects, not just refurbishments. In this role, you’ll be involved early in the delivery process, managing client relationships and ensuring project success alongside your team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating works with your Site Manager to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard
- Monitoring project financials and driving project programs to meet expectations
- Managing and mentoring a Contract Administrator within your team
- Using Procore, MS Projects, and Muli (training provided if needed)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business
- Reporting directly to the Directors
What You Need:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, or Engineering (essential)
- Proven experience delivering commercial new builds valued at $5 million+
- Ideally, you have progressed from a Contract Administrator into a Project Manager role
- Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
- Civil and structural knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly - there will be a client side PM that you will be responsible for liaising with
- Strictly commercial head contractor experience required – residential experience alone will not be considered.
