The Project Manager will support the delivery and management of large scale wharf infrastructure projects within a program of work within clearly defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver all technical tasks to comply with quality, safety and project management procedures and controls
- Answer, resolve or escalate all technical queries to ensure the project deliverables and timelines are not compromised
- Ensure implementation of approved quality plan/process complies with project plans and compliance with all relevant standards and specifications
- Provide advisory support to the formulation of design concepts, including design solutions to issues durign design development and tender phases
- Assist with determining project risks and develop a project Risk management Plan
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders with responses to information requests from the client
- Contribute to tender assessment, procurement requirements and the preparation of tender & contract documents
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in engineering (civil)
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale infrastructure projects (ideally maritime projects) in Australia
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate to all levels
- Experience conducting wharf inspections and arranging and managing the works with the contractors
This is an initial 3 month contract role and is upto 4 days per week in the office/on-site with 1-2 days working from home.
