About The Role
As the Project Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution ofthe Early Years Integrated Service Implementation Project. This role requires a strong leaderwith expertise in project management and service implementation to ensure a seamlesstransition from planning to delivery. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure theservice aligns with community needs and strategic priorities while maintaining efficiency andeffectiveness post-implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the Early Years Integrated Service Implementation Project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and organisational goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the implementation of service delivery, ensuring alignment with community needs and organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, including training, documentation, and ongoing support.
