Due to business requirements, our client in the pharmaceutical industry requires a strong Project Coordinator.
12 month contract in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility.
... What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including setting agendas, inviting stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Attend project meetings and capture detailed notes.
- Synthesise meeting discussions into concise summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain the project schedule, tracking milestones, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with the project manager to update financial forecasts based on project progress.
- Monitor project expenses and cash flow.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute weekly dashboard reports highlighting project progress, risks, and issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar project coordination role, preferably working with schedules and tracking project milestones.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What Is Desirable:
- While pharmaceutical industry experience would be ideal, it is not mandatory.
