Randstad are seeking immediate applications from available and suitable candidates for the role of Project Coordinator within a rapidly growing civil services business in the south coast region of South Australia.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Project Coordinator will work closely with the operations team to ensure service and contractual agreements are met and projects are completed to the highest quality levels and as safely as possible.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Scheduling civil construction project works
- Perform on-site project coordination and administration
- Assigning personnel to projects and developing rosters
- Assisting with the procurement of materials
- Develop daily & weekly client reports
- Develop safe work method statements (SWMS)
- Assist with invoicing
- Coordination of permits
- Coordination of traffic management
The successful candidate will possess:
- Located in the Victor Harbor/Goolwa/Strathalbyn region or within commutable distance is essential
- Previous civil construction experience
- Strong organisational skills with an attention-to-detail
- An ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Good computing skills including MS Suite and Project
- Strong commitment to safety
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Energetic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar is desirable but not essential
