Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Project Coordinator, for a 12 month contract, to oversee the coordination, management, and governance of corporate digital programs and projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining governance compliance.

What You Will Do:

• Support the operational requirements of programs and projects, including administration, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and governance meetings, including preparing meeting packs and taking minutes.
• Monitor, track, and report on budgets and forecasts, resolving variances and providing monthly financial commentary.
• Manage procurement and financial controls, including expenditure tracking, order requisitions, and invoice processing.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to governance processes, quality assurance, and risk management protocols.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Prince2 certification or equivalent experience in project governance.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level project management software and MS Project.
• Experience working with enterprise-level finance systems.
• Strong project coordination/governance experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
