Our private sector client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their Technical Program Management Office. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale programs by managing schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Executive Team, the role ensures program alignment with strategic business objectives.
... As a Program Manager, you will be required to:
- Lead the planning and execution of complex programs.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and budgets.
- Ensure all projects within the program meet quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor program performance and report on progress to senior management.
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
The successful candidate must have:
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in program and portfolio management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
