- Salary: $44.02 per hour + super
- Hours per week: Part time - 25 Hours per week
- Working times: Monday to Friday - 12 noon to 5.00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and support programs, events, and activities at Mathers and Criterion Houses.
- Manage venue bookings and assist with community activities, including launches and events.
- Develop and maintain promotional content, including newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
- Support volunteers and community members in delivering successful initiatives.
- Maintain financial records, handle venue operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III (or higher) in Community Services OR practical experience in the community sector.
- Strong administration and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to assist with event setup and venue operations.
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People and Driver’s License (essential).
