Are you a hands-on technician with a background in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or structural engineering? My clients is looking for a Production / MRO Technician to join a dynamic team, supporting manufacturing, repair, and overhaul operations.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting production workflows, including:

✔️ Planning, kitting, assembly, testing, and quality assurance
✔️ Fault finding, repair, and overhaul of components
✔️ ERP system data entry and documentation
✔️ Liaising with engineering, supply chain, and inventory teams
✔️ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
âś… Essential:
- Certificate or Diploma in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or structural engineering
- Experience in technical production and maintenance, delivering on time and within budget
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Eligible for Australian Security Clearance (SECRET level)
