ABOUT THE ROLEJoin a team of delivery specialists dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will engage with senior stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the features we deliver meet or exceed expectations within a complex digital ecosystem.
You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining web-based platforms that prioritize customer experience. As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between development and business functions, ensuring that every solution aligns with strategic goals and delivers maximum value. You’ll also collaborate closely with our UX/UI team, which is committed to championing the voice of the customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Actively contribute to Agile delivery practices within your team.
- Participate in a Community of Practice to ensure alignment across Product Owner roles.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, working with internal and external stakeholders to align product features with strategic goals.
- Define and prioritize backlog items (epics, features, user stories) that guide Agile software development teams.
- Solve product-related challenges, make key decisions, and conduct trade-off analysis to keep projects on track.
- Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize work that delivers maximum value aligned with product strategy.
- Represent the team in discussions with stakeholders and customers.
- Support roadmap creation and delivery in partnership with senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Identify and report potential risks, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Champion a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the division.
Essential:
- 2+ years of Agile experience.
- Proven experience in:
- Managing large and complex technology ecosystems.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- Enhancing customer journeys through digital transformation.
- Organizing and facilitating workshops.
Desired:
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Background in financial or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.
- Business analysis expertise.
- eCommerce experience.
