Your role

This role involves managing, supporting, and enhancing procurement systems, primarily Coupa, with knowledge of Ariba highly regarded, drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvements within the organisation's procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba), overseeing key functions such as source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, risk management, and data analytics.
• Deliver technical support for Coupa, including customisation of work flows, approval hierarchies, and integration with SAP Ariba, as well as performing regression testing for system upgrades.
• Lead support and training initiatives for Coupa and integrated systems, collaborating with third-party providers as required.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, leveraging AI and automation to advance innovation within procurement processes.

About You

• Strong Coupa experience is essential; knowledge of Ariba is highly beneficial.
• A passion for streamlining processes, implementing data-driven improvements, and optimising procurement functions.
• Able to work effectively across teams, aligning system strategies with broader business goals.
