Working within an existing team, and alongside experienced project managers, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the procurement, sourcing, tendering, and bid evaluation across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with a diverse network of international suppliers to source specialised materials and services.
- Handling contract formation and administration for agreements of varying complexity and value.
- Managing a range of projects and tenders, varying in value and complexity.
- Ensure procurement processes maintain high ethical standards while meeting tight project deadlines.
- Building new strategic supplier relationships and reviewing existing agreements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in both the public and private sector will be highly regarded.
What you will need to apply:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing all phases of the procurement and contracting lifecycle for project-based initiatives.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and sourcing.
- Streamline systems and processes to ensure smooth workflows and maintain compliance.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, combined with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
