Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing

Located in the CBD in modern offices and hybrid arrangements, you will join a robust team with a supportive manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with category leads/managers and stakeholders to align objectives, and to create and strengthen partnerships with suppliers across multiple strategic service contracts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement strategic sourcing plans and manage communication with supplier side stakeholders. Ensure successful growth, diversity and streamlining of suppliers both onshore and offshore
.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrate strong commercial, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Be able to identify value, facilitate and lead joint value chain planning as a collaborative activity.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to manage priorities and adapt to meet requirements of the team and business stakeholders.
