The Randstad Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain team is currently working with one of our key long term clients in the Victorian State government to connect them to a talented Procurement Administrator.
You will be responsible for providing administration support to the Procurement team in regards to the organisations tendering and contract management processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Procurement Team with creating and administration of tenders, contracts, and related documents
- Maintain records and data in information management systems
- Handle procurement correspondence, document reviews, and manage the email inbox
- Facilitate procurement meetings and workshops, including team meetings and industry briefings
- Advise staff on procurement practices to ensure compliance with company and state government policy
- Assist the Procurement team with communication between government agencies, suppliers, and industry groups
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality data and documentation
- Proficient in a range of systems including microsoft office and Zycus (desirable)
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with effective time and problem management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent administrative support
- Skilled in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders
