This position reports to the Manager, Business Analysis Services, however will also work under the guidance of other management within the Digital Architecture and Delivery Office (e.g., Project Manager). The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis skills, Agile delivery experience, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to analyse business processes, define functional requirements, and facilitate collaboration between technical teams and clinical stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
▪ Conduct business process analysis and solution design to optimize workflows within the digital
healthcare ecosystem.
▪ Develop and document functional specifications that align with business needs and system capabilities.
▪ Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into digital solutions, ensuring feasibility
and alignment with organizational goals.
▪ Provide analytical support and feasibility assessments for new initiatives, considering technical
and operational constraints.
▪ Research and recommend process improvements, policy adjustments, and governance frameworks
to support digital transformation.
▪ Drive stakeholder engagement and consultation across clinical, technical, and operational teams to
facilitate successful solution delivery.
▪ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of
digital solutions.
▪ Support Agile teams by refining backlog items, participating in sprints, and ensuring user stories align with
business objectives.
▪ Promote change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new digital workflows.
▪ Adhere to health and safety standards, service quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
▪ Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless
of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, gender, identity, ages or abilities.
▪ Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating
to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Essential Skills & Experience
▪ Proven experience in Agile Business Analysis, particularly in digital health or clinical system
implementations. Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSM, CSPO) is preferred.
▪ Experience working with Health systems and stakeholders is required.
▪ Familiarity with low-code/no-code application development platforms and their role in
healthcare transformation.
▪ Experience with outpatient department workflows, waitlist management, and referral systems is
highly desirable.
▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, engaging technical teams, vendors,
and healthcare professionals.
