Randstad Digital is partnering with a Government Department to find a Senior Business Analyst to join a variety of Digital Transformation projects. This role is for a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend past that point.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships including acting as the key point of contact for certain stakeholder groups, leading and conducting workshops and meetings to define current state, new business processes and/or ensure business requirements are understood and documented.
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and system specifications and provide expertise to ensure specifications are aligned to business requirements
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, configuration and integration specifications and traceability matrix
- Lead and manage productive workshops and technical working groups
- Lead and contribute to business process modelling activities using industry recognised practices
- Elaborate technical requirements, in consultation with clinical, health informatics and ICT SMEs, to ensure systems are compliant with architectural, scientific, and operational standards.
Necessary Skills:
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities on large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading business process modelling activities and requirements definition for large scale complex organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- High level knowledge and application of appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 3.0 (BABOK).
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team.
