Randstad is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join a Concrete Precast Yard in Echuca, Victoria, as Precast Labourers and Reo Welders. If you’re ready for a physically demanding yet rewarding role in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
About the Role: As part of a leading supplier of aggregates, concrete, and concrete pipe products, you will be involved in the production of concrete precast elements for a large infrastructure project. You will assist with the handling and manufacture of concrete products while ensuring strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Monday to Friday role with plenty of overtime for those who want it and optional Saturday shifts.
Start times can be between 5am-6am.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Assist in the production of concrete precast elements.
- Manually lift and carry heavy materials.
- Operate machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Reo Welding (training provided if no prior experience).

About You:
- Previous experience in construction or working with hand tools is highly desirable.
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- A current C-Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport are essential
- Construction Induction - White Card required
- Physically fit, with the ability to handle heavy lifting
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and safety protocols
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol testing
- Full working rights in Australia
