The role of practice manager reports in to the regional manager, and is the main point of contact for everything to do with the practice. The role is all encompassing, and includes every aspect of the business, from front of house customer service, making appointments, taking payments, processing claims, through to back office administration including rostering and setting up doctors rooms, through to managerial duties including completing statutory documentation for upper management.
To be successful, you do not need to have a background in the medical industry. We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service and administration skills, someone who is personable, energetic and vibrant and who can take ownership and grow with the business.
