Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop a strategic roadmap to drive growth and improve the business unit's performance.
- Ensure alignment between Testing Services’ goals and the overall company strategy.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Promote a shared vision that inspires and motivates staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic integration across the business.
Team Building and Development
- Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect among staff.
- Develop training and mentorship programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities to maximise team efficiency.

Customer Engagement
