Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document existing workflows and automation solutions within the Power Platform.
- Assist in the optimisation and migration of existing processes into Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating AI-driven capabilities where applicable.
- Develop and customise applications and workflows to improve procurement-related business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
- Implement and manage data connections, workflows, and automation using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, incorporating AI to enhance data-driven insights.
- Collaborate on and implement SharePoint improvements to optimise document management and workflow automation.
About You:
- Proven experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas).
- Strong understanding of process improvement, workflow development, and automation.
- Experience with integrating technologies into workflows to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- SharePoint experience is essential for supporting SharePoint-based improvements.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 12 months contract, to start mid-April with the WFH being 2 days per week.
