About the role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plumbing Site Supervisor to lead and oversee plumbing operations on one site. In this pivotal role, you will manage all on-site activities, ensuring that plumbing work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. You’ll work closely with project managers, builders and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:
... - Plan, coordinate, and supervise plumbing installations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, timelines, and local plumbing codes.
- Use JobPac and office software for planning, ordering, and resource coordination.
- Manage and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve issues.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Track and manage materials, tools, and budgets effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
What We Need from You:
- Plumbing trade qualification (essential).
- Experience with ERP systems (JobPac preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
