Randstad Hobart is seeking experienced Plant operators and Truck drivers to join our team
This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working within the civil construction industry across multiple sites in Southern Tasmania!
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Front-End Loader operators
- Excavator operators
- HC, HR, or MR Licence
- Water cart experience
- White Card (Work Safely in the Construction Industry)
- Strong work ethic
- Commitment to site safety responsibilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving and operator history
What You Need to Succeed in Non-Trade Roles:
- Relevant tickets and qualifications
- White Card
- Proven experience in commercial/civil construction
- Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
