plant operator - batching.

 Concrete produced in strict accordance with approved/ specified mix designs. Including
meeting customer mix requirements.
 Tracking, measuring, and reporting of variability in water trim and water demand of
mixes via feedback from drivers and monitoring of materials.
 Monthly stock controls and material reconciliation reports prepared for management.
 Customer orders accepted and processed in a courteous and efficient manner.
 Delivery times to site negotiated with customers where applicable.
 Manage all COD sales within the Limits of Authority
 Nil outstanding COD
 Collection and reconciliation of all COD received at plant level.
 Front end loader operations
 Complete weekly audits
 Management of raw material stock levels
 Perform general plant maintenance
 Manage efficient Fleet allocations to reduce costs and improve customer service.
 General laboring & yard duties
 Other duties as required or instructed

Requisites
Experience in a Concrete Batcher role (Preferred)
 Confident when working with computers
 FEL Ticket (Preferred)
 Forklift Ticket (Preferred)
 Confined Space Training (Preferred)
 Working at Heights Training (Preferred)
