Randstad Defence is proud to be a part of the Australian Defence Industry. On behalf of our defence client, we are seeking an experienced Planning Support Officer to support the Maintenance Planner in planning and scheduling activities for the maintenance of military vehicles at the Service Centre.
The candidates must be Australian Citizens and must have a Baseline Security Clearance.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will
- Provide administrative and scheduling support as required by Planning Lead at the Service Centre.
- Ensure resources are managed effectively and work is completed without any errors and defects.
- Ensure that the work carried out is done safely and be aware of any hazards that could compromise employee safety.
About You
- Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling, and broad knowledge of MRP planning systems.
- Good knowledge of standard computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Understanding of defence repair & support processes.
- Knowledge and experience in MILIS & Infor LN record keeping.
- A high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OH&S requirements within the workplace.
