Randstad are looking for skilled Piling Rig Operators to safely operate and maintain larger equipment and rigs. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development and involves working on a range of exciting projects across Australia.

The fleet is mostly Bauer (BG 15 - BG45) with some Soilmec, Woltman machines

The ideal candidate will be capable of working as a Junior Leading Hand on medium-value projects with supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain piling rigs safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all project specifications and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Work as part of a team and potentially supervise junior team members on medium-value projects.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Piling Rig Operator.
• Relevant trade certificate.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this work

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Dogman ticket
• Rigger ticket (preferably RI or RA)
• First Aid certificate
• Excavator ticket
• High risk Elevated Work Platform, Telehandlers
