Your Role
As a Pharmacy Medical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy assistants across Inner East Melbourne. You will promote a market-leading product portfolio, educate healthcare professionals, and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to year-on-year business growth in your territory
- Develop expert knowledge of the product range to educate healthcare professionals and enhance patient outcomes
- Execute sales strategies and manage key accounts effectively
- Use data and insights to develop a territory business plan that maximises opportunities and optimises resources
- Deliver compelling presentations to healthcare professionals and respond to product inquiries promptly
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to leverage insights and drive success
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmaceuticals, or business (preferred)
- Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for healthcare
