Your Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Marketing Executive and Office support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office Support: Ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Document Management: Handling photocopying, filing, and other document-related tasks.
- Hospitality Duties: Managing coffee runs and ensuring the office is a welcoming environment.
- Organisational Tasks: Scheduling meetings, organising events, and maintaining the executive's calendar.
- Mail Handling: Managing parcels and correspondence efficiently.

About You:
- Executive Assistant or Personal Assistance experience
- Strong organisational skills
