Well established dynamic law firm, based in Brisbane, CBD. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and organised personal assistant to join a busy law firm. Looking for someone with 2+ years experience in an administrative role, legal secretary or personal assistant position.
Your new role
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails and diaries, including diarising critical date, arranging meetings and appointments
- Entering client and file data into our Document Management System
- General administrative tasks
- Preparation of court documents and correspondence
- Billing and time-sheet recording
- Proactively anticipating the needs of the Principal
- Prioritising and addressing enquiries and requests, resolving conflicts, and offering solutions
Your skills and experience
- 2+ year experience in a personal assistant or administrative position
- Administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to monitor time and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
