We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. You’ll be a natural communicator, adept at building relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively within a team. Your ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and prioritise effectively will set you apart. A keen interest in property and strong knowledge of legislation are highly beneficial.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and create detailed reports to support business objectives.
- Plan and execute events, including client functions, team gatherings, and promotional activities.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to enhance brand presence.
- Create marketing collateral and assist in executing marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry legislation and maintain up-to-date records.
- Oversee office administration, including correspondence, document preparation, and database management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications/Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
- Background in property development, real estate, or a related sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industry legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in researching, social media advertising, and marketing strategies.
- Expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
