The Opportunity
Due to growth, my client is currently seeking People Services Officer to join the team on a temporary contract up until February 2025 based in Richmond.
This position will be partnering with the P&C team to help drive meaningful change whilst also performing BA activities across Service Transition & Optimisation

About your new role
- Undertaking analysis of request and case management data to identify opportunities for knowledge optimisation
- Partner with Service Owners on updating and creating knowledge at content (at times this may mean creating content, other times it may be reviewing service owner content or also holding discovery sessions and taking information shared and producing content for sign off)
- Supporting knowledge governance, quality control, templates, review practices and publishing (both internal knowledge for our P&C teams and our business / employee knowledge)
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements as it relates to Service optimisation and knowledge
- Supporting transition activities such as training team members, change impact planning etc
