We are partnering exclusively with a successful and fast-growing financial firm looking for a collaborative P&C Business Partner to join them in this newly created, permanent role.

... In the role, P&C Business Partner, you will be a key player in enabling the businesses next phase of growth in a role that offers a variety of operational and strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain best practice HR processes and frameworks
- Create a positive working experience for employees with a focus on a successful onboarding and offboarding process
- Partner with senior management in the firm, including the CEO and Head of HR
- Develop People Experience calendar - including running KPG internal events and establishing quarterly training
- Ongoing collaboration with the broader People team
The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience in a professional service environment or similar and a strong understanding of legal frameworks. You will enjoy being part of an agile and fast-paced environment with clear career progression pathways. You will be joining a team that is hard-working and down to earth that regularly collaborates with each other.
Excellent communication and partnering skills, along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly will benefit you in this role.
