Do you have experience with payroll / HRIS system implementation?
New 6 month fixed term contract working for a growing manufacturing & distribution organisation based in Parramatta CBD.
This role will focus on the implementation of the Employment Hero system, including the data migration from a number of different systems, system configuration and compliance. You will work with a number of key internal and external stakeholders as well as being supported by the Group Payroll Manager.
Salary offering C. $120,000 - $140,000 + super and Hybrid working / flexible working is available.
... Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Configure and customize the payroll / HRIS system to meet the needs of the business including a range of awards and EBAs.
- Data migration from several systems, ensuring data accuracy. Also, perform data cleansing and validations.
- Build and consolidate HRIS data from manual source documents and load into HRIS
- Carryout testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS system;
- Support the roll out of the T&A system across multiple divisions / locations
- Develop T&A training guides and materials
- Assist with review and automation of current BAU payroll processes, including payroll accounting.
- Work with HR team and vendors to maximise efficiency's through HRIS with a view to utilise the system to full potential
Key skills and experience suitable for this role:
- Prior experience in payroll & HRIS system implementation.
- Strong understanding of data migration and system configuration requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex data and troubleshoot any issues, identify root cause and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build rapport.
- Experience with the Employment Hero system is preferred but not essential.
