Key Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly payroll, including timesheets, superannuation payments, and related documentation.
• Support payroll-related projects to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Respond to payroll enquiries promptly while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll aligns with organisational policies and employee agreements.

Requirements

• Proficient in payroll processes, policies, and legislative requirements.
• Strong knowledge of HR programs, enterprise agreements, and employment-related legislation.
• Demonstrated experience with payroll systems; familiarity with Authority (Civica) is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field OR equivalent payroll experience.
